Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment

• Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking prospective students and parents, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide detailed information about our programmes, courses, and intakes to prospective students and their families.
• Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and school visits, promoting our offerings to potential students.
• Deliver presentations and informational talks to prospective students and their parents in Mandarin, explaining programme benefits, application processes, and admissions criteria.

Marketing and Content Creation

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin-language content, including writing articles, blogs, and social media posts aimed at prospective students.
• Create and produce video content, speaking directly to Mandarin-speaking audiences to raise awareness about the company’s programmes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin is a must.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creating written and visual content for online platforms (e.g., social media, websites).
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera for video content creation.
• Willingness to travel outstation for events and exhibitions.
• A passion for education and helping students make informed decisions about their futures.
